1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We maintain a strict 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the verified date of package delivery to submit a request for an item return.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return and full refund, the item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was delivered:

3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team at petkith@outlook.com. Upon approval, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed return address instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will be rejected and returned to sender.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your order immediately upon physical receipt. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours at petkith@outlook.com. with clear photo/video documentation so we can immediately arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund.
5. Refunds & Processing Timelines
Once your returned item is received and undergoes quality inspection at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
